SCARF DETAILS
This colourful scarf contains my two favourite things — ravens and hellebores.

Ravens and crows are (as you may have guessed) top of my bird list.

Hellebores have a special place in my heart — a cheerful early spring blast of colour and a happy reminder of my mother, who had many of them in her garden in England. My garden here in Vancouver now has over a dozen varieties of hellebores — many of which appear on this scarf.

SIZE
The scarf measures 16 by 72 inches (40 x 183 cm ).

MATERIAL
Made from 100% pure silk habotai — a lightweight, airy, natural fabric with a smooth texture, beautiful drape and a hint of transparency. The fabric is printed with a June Hunter original image. 

PRINTING METHOD
Printed using permanent reactive inks that bond with the cell of the fibre. 

Fully washable and non-fading with a beautiful soft drape. 

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
For the first washing, wash alone(full load setting) in cold water with mild detergent, 1 cup of vinegar and 2 tsp salt. For future washings, machine wash on cold setting using mild (phosphate free) soap. 

Machine dry on low heat or hang to dry.

Iron on silk (delicate) with low steam.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Please Note: 

United Kingdom and EU Customers: With great regret I have suspended shipping from this web site to the UK and EU due to new rules imposed in 2021 requiring sellers to register for VAT, charge and remit the tax to the UK and EU governments. However, EU and UK customers can order from my ETSY shop, as Etsy takes care of collecting and remitting applicable VAT.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

At checkout you will be asked to chose the shipping method you’d like. The options will be shown in a drop down menu. The costs will depend on the weight of your package, the destination, the speed of the service you select and whether or not tracking information is provided.

TRACKING
Please note that, unless you choose a method with a tracking number (see options above) there is no way to check on the progress of the delivery, although approximate delivery times are listed.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery of your item(s) are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be and June Hunter Images is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. 

 

GIFTS
If the item is a gift, and is being sent directly to the recipient, I'd be happy to include a little card with a greeting from you. 

 

SHIP TIMES
Your order will usually ship within 1-5 business days of payment, depending upon whether the item is pre-made or custom made. If there is to be a longer delay I will get in touch and see if that is going to be OK with you. I will send you a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

 

PACKAGING
Fine Art Prints: Prints smaller than 10-inches are shipped flat in a cello bag, sandwiched between sturdy card stock in a waterproof padded mailer. Larger prints are shipped in a mailing tube.
Jewelry: Ships gift-wrapped in tissue and an organza bag, rigid packing included for earrings to prevent any damage to ear wires. A card with some brief information about me and my jewellery will be included. If the item is going directly to a gift recipient, I am happy to add a card to tell them who the gift is from, along with any personalized greeting you'd like to add.
Calendars: Ship in a protective cello bag within a sturdy, no-bend, cardboard mailer.

A GIFT CARD is the perfect solution. Instantly delivered to the recipient (or to you, if you want to keep it under wraps until the big day) and all the fun of choosing is given to the lucky receiver of the card.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

If you aren't happy, then I’m not either! I want you to be completely delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and I will be happy to replace it, exchange it or offer you a refund for the item, excluding the shipping costs.
